I love to see the Temple................

We are finally going to go to the temple to be sealed! This is something we have obviously been wanting to do for a long time but it just hasn't been easy to get a time right to go. So I just decided on a date and we are going for it. It's probably not the greatest timing with back to school and everything but we just need to go forward and stick to the date this time:) The date is Friday, August 8th and it's at 6:45pm. Yes it 8/8/08! I guess that's pretty cute-we will always remember the day for sure. Taylor was able to go to the temple for baptisms so this will be her second time. Mackenzie and Preston are so excited to be able to go inside the Temple. I think this will be a great great day for the Carter familia:) Together Forever at last!

Wrestling Camp

Preston had wrestling camp for a few days this summer. It was a lot more work than I think he signed up for. Every afternoon when I'd pick him up he was exhausted. It is really great all the things that come with learning this sport. I have often heard it is one of the hardest sports to participate in so I am really proud of him.

KitenAid....I love it!

So I got a new KitenAid and I am soooo excited. I have tried for years with no luck to make great bread like my Mom's. I've followed her recipe even though she really doesn't offically have one. Actually in "You're a Good Cooker Mom" cookbook the Hill's published her recipe is in there. Anyway's I am very proud to say I can now make good bread!! My kids all love too cook. Ava can crack eggs with ease and Preston loves measuring out the ingredients. Taylor and Kenzie have long been cooking by themselves so this KitchenAid was a treat for us all.

Ava's new do....

So Ava got a new haircut and it's so cute I just wanted you to see it Rob. Taylor and Mackenzie's new hair cuts are great too they just aren't very different. Love you and miss you! Come home.......
